    The message is just because there is thread delay between
    stopped DMGR and threads notified of stopping. Need to block
    error message if that is the case.

    The message is because there is thread delay between stopped
    DMGR and threads notified of stopping. The warning can be
    ignored and causes no issues.
    

Problem conclusion

  • A check for disabled threads was added during shutdown so the
    error will no longer be thrown unless needed.
