PI97873: MASTER-DETAIL REPORT WITH MULTI-SELECT FILTER IS FILTERED ON INCORRECT VALUES WHEN SINGLETON ADDED TO THE PAGE

Error description

• A report is authored with a master-detail relationship between a
  list and a page set query.  Both the master and detail queries
  contain an identical filter based on a multi-select parameter.
  If a singleton is added to the report page based on a separate
  query which returns an unrelated data item and does not use that
  filter, the report returns incorrect values.  The detail list is
  only filtered on one of the parameter values instead of all the
  user's selections.  If the singleton is removed, then the detail
  query is filtered on all of the selections.
  

Local fix

• Add the data item used in the singleton to the master query and
  display it directly on the page without using a singleton data
  container.
