  Description :
  When using SQLCA statements in RDz Code Review, the following
  exception is shown :
  "MESSAGE CRRZV0208E Unable to resolve reference 'SQLCA' in ..."
  Example :
  SQL INCLUDE FOR SQLCA
  EXEC SQL INCLUDE SQLCA END-EXEC.
  MOVE SQLCA TO xxxxx-OUT-SQLCA
  

Local fix

Problem summary

• SQLCA references in COBOL programs compiled with STDSQL(YES) are
   not resolved by IDz's COBOL parser.
  

Problem conclusion

• Modified COBOL parser to resolve SQLCA references when compiler
  option STDSQL(YES) is specified in the associated property group
   or in a CBL statement.
  
  The problem listed in this APAR has been resolved with
  IBM Rational Developer for z Systems V9.5.1.8 Fix Pack which
  is available from the Recommended Fixes support download page:
