Error description

  • No error reported. User may see incorrect charts rendered in iOS
    email application.
    

Local fix

  • Close iOS email application before opening any Cognos Analytics
    report that contains a chart.
    If users see charts when opening an emailed report, they should
    close the iOS email application, relaunch the application and
    open the email again to ensure that the charts are properly
    rendered.
