Error description

• A comment added for PI87791 was in an incorrect format that is
  not compatible with older versions of IE. This caused the
  dropdown menus for certain panels to not get populated and some
  can't be accessed. This is a regression.

  A comment that was added for PI87791 was in an incorrect format
  that is not compatible with older versions of IE. This caused
  the dropdown menus of certain panels to not get populated or
  become inaccesible.
  

Problem conclusion

• The issue was fixed by using the correct comment format that's
  compatible with the older versions of IE.
  
  The fix for this APAR is currently targeted for inclusion in
  fix pack 9.0.0.8. Please refer to the Recommended Updates
