Error description

• When RIT makes an HTTP request and is waiting for the response,
  if the remote connection is interrupted, RIT re-sends the
  request up to 3 more times.
  No message is displayed in the test console but the JVM console
  shows the following when using the RIT Proxy:

  This issue results in more than one request being sent to the
  receiving server or stub.
