APAR status

  • Closed as program error.

Error description

  • In a view that is linked to a Test Plan in RQM, if user chooses
    "Run Test Report" option under RQM menu, the execution of report
    fails with the following error:
    "The command could not be executed.
    Details: Bad response"
    
    This issue is seen only in specific environments, where somehow
    the request from DOORS to RQM is not encoded correctly and thus
    RQM returns a 400 status code (bad response) error.
    
    Steps to reproduce:
    - Open a module which has a view that is linked to a Test Plan
    in RQM.
    - Ensure that the objects in the view also have Validated By
    links to Test Cases in RQM
    - Click on "RQM -> Run Test Report"
    At this stage, DOORS will throw the following error:
    The command could not be executed.
    Details: Bad response.
    
    The rqmi logs and DOORS Client logs (when enabled at level 5)
    will show the status code of response returned by RQM to be 400.
