PI91826: INVALID CRRZV0207E ERROR MESSAGE DURING COBOL CODE REVIEW FOR REFERENCING VARIABLES WITHIN A NESTED PROGRAM
Fixes are available
Closed as program error.
In Rational Developer for z Systems (RDz) v184.108.40.206, during code review of a COBOL source, the COBOL Application Model (CAM) when referencing variables within a nested program will result in an invalid CRRZV0207E error message
When analyzing a program with multiple nested programs using a custom COBOL code rule, reference resolution error messages may be issued.
Modified the code that populates the CAM API model to properly handle global symbol references in nested programs. The problem listed in this APAR has been resolved with IBM Rational Developer for z Systems V220.127.116.11 Fix Pack which is available from the Recommended Fixes support download page: http://www-1.ibm.com/support/docview.wss?rs=2294&uid=swg27006335
