Error description

  • QCI will return errors when it attempts to run a subsequent
synch task on ALM slave data where elements have been deleted by
    a ALM user.

    Steps to reproduce:
     - Run a QCI synch task where DOORS is the master, not ALM.
     - Login to ALM and manually delete some of the elements that
have been created by this synch task
     - Rerun the QCI synch

Error Message in Integration tool UI:
    SetDatasetTree Call failed:- caught unknown

Error printed in RESTAPIService.log file at path
    ⠜C:\inetpub\wwwroot\DOORSTDIServices\Logs⠝:
Exception Id: qccore.general-error Description: Invalid parent
    requirement

To resolve this customer has to send logs to DOORS support and a
temp .dll has to be provided to the customer to repair the
    metadata.

QCI docs should make it clear that this use case should be
    avoided.
