• Closed as program error.

Error description

• The Stub Usage feature uses a KairosDB instance to store data.
  By default, an H2 database is used and the internal KairosDB
  statistics are saved every 60 seconds.  This causes the RTCP
  workspace to grow in size.
  The file that grows is <RTCP
  workspace>/kairosdb/h2db/kairosdb.h2.db
  
  WORKAROUND:
  
  1. Stop RTCP
  
      Delete kairosdb.h2.db to remove all history.  It will be
  re-created automatically
  
  2. Edit the kairosdb.properties file.
  
      On Windows typically at: C:\Program
  Files\IBM\RationalTestControlPanel\usr\servers\RTCPServer\apps\k
  airosdb.war\WEB-INF\kairosdb\conf
      Non-Windows typically:
  /opt/IBM/RationalTestControlPanel/usr/servers/RTCPServer/apps/ka
  irosdb.war/WEB-INF/kairosdb/conf
  
  3. Change the cron parameter to reduce the frequency:
  
      kairosdb.reporter.schedule=0 0 0 * * ?   (save only once per
  week)
  
  4. Re-start RTCP
