• IDz 14.0.0.4 users noticed when they enable the GUI code
  coverage via ENVAR('EQA_STARTUP_KEY=CC') result in "EQA9929E -
  IBM z/OS Debugger failed Product Registration" causing the
  debugger to terminate.

Problem conclusion

• Code coverage was modified to ensure that the IBM Developer for
  z Systems license is correctly verified before running.
  This is fixed in v14.0.0.6, v14.1.1:
  IBM Debug for z Systems
  IBM Developer for z Systems
  IBM Developer for z Systems Enterprise Edition.
