01.When working with packages located in a CA Endevor R17 or
above repository, accessing packages may cause errors.
02.A recent change in how the code page was specified resulted
in a change being required in CARMA to also adjust to how
       the code page is specified.
03.When the element is locked by IDz, the lock owner is the
Endevor RAM job. It is not possible to know from the client
which user id the Endevor RAM job is running under. Locking
is enabled by default by the IDz Endevor RAM. An option
needs to be provided so that the systems administrator can
request that locking not be done if this is what the site
       has decided.
04.When working with packages located in a CA Endevor R17 or
above repository, accessing packages may cause errors.
05.In IBM Developer for z Systems (IDz) v14.1.2, while
refreshing CARMA packages, users may intermittently see
'Refreshing' has encountered a problem. Clicking on the
Details button will display the following errors:

CRRZC2122E Could not execute Get Repository Instances:
CRRZC2200E An error was received from the CARMA host <CARMA

       the new code page format.
