APAR status

• Closed as program error.

Error description

• If you click the Test Transport button on a physical JMS
  transport configured for Apache ActiveMQ with the server
  offline, RIT hangs.  The RIT process must be killed.

  With ActiveMQ down, click Test Transport
  
  EXPECTED RESULTS:
  
  A good connection or useful error message is displayed.
  
  ACTUAL RESULTS:
  
  RIT hangs and must be killed.
  
  WORKAROUND:
  
  Use Test Transport when the server is running.
