PI86581: INDENTATION OF ROW MEMBERS IS DISPLAYED WRONG FOR LEAVE NODES WITHOUT HIERARCHY IN PAX

Error description

• The subset Basic of the testProduct dimension looks correct in
  Architect.
  However, when you create an exploration in PAx based on view
  Basic (which uses subset Basic), the indentation of members X, Y
  and Z in the grid is not as expected (should be no indentation;
  i.e. alligned with Total Products).
  The set editor of PAx does show the expected indentation.
  It looks like the issue is related to leaf level members that
  are not part of any hierarchy.
