Error description

• A project created in RIT version 8.6 that has project
  permissions cannot be updated.
  If the project administrator opens the project, they are unable
  to change project permissions or edit environments or
  environment tags.  The following error is seen and changes are
  not saved:
  
  [CRRIT8622E] An error occurred whilst attempting to save project
  settings. If IBM Rational Integration Tester cannot write to the
  project resource, settings will be lost when the application
  shuts down. IBM Rational Integration Tester will attempt to
  write settings prior to application exit.
  
  It is possible for users to create and edit the rest of the
  artifacts in the project in line with their permissions
  settings.  For example, users can edit and create tests and
  stubs and run them.
  
  STEPS TO REPRODUCE:
  
  1. Create a project in RIT 8.6 with Active Directory
  permissions.
  2. Add user groups and set their permissions.
  3. Copy the project to a new location.
  4. Open the copy as project administrator in RIT 9.1.
  5. Attempt to create or edit an environment variable and save
  the change.
  
  EXPECTED RESULTS:
  
  The change is made.
  
  ACTUAL RESULTS:
  
  The [CRRIT8622E] error is seen.
  
  WORKAROUND:
  
  None
