Problem conclusion
This APAR has a dependency on VTAM APAR OA53198 which requires both APARs to be applied concurrently. This APAR also introduces a new TCP/IP GLOBALCONFIG parameter, AUTOIQDC, to enable the HiperSockets Converged Interface function. If you use Configuration Assistant, IBM strongly recommends that you also apply the PTF for Configuration Assistant APAR PI94208 concurrently. If you plan on running z/OS Communications Server as a guest virtual machine under z/VM, IBM recommends that you also install the PTF for APAR VM66135 concurrently.
