  - Create a stub against the Calculator sample Add operation
  - Create a test to interact with the Add operation
  - In the test request, add a header of type Accept-Encoding
  which includes an unsupported encoding : sdch or q=1.0
  - Run your stub in RIT
  - Execute your test
  
  EXPECTED RESULT :
  The stub returns the operation result.
  
  ACTUAL RESULT :
  The stub fails to send the reply with an exception of type :
  [CRRIT8630E] Fatal error: com.ghc.utils.throwable.GHException:
  Unsupported Encoding: sdch
