Error description

• When editing a member from RDz CARMA Endevor v9.5.1 or earlier,
  the Environment field is not remembered and always set to the
  environment from where the member is being edited.
  The user has to change it to the target environment and the
  value is not remembered for the next edit.

• The Environment field is now remembered.
