  Data Element view for a COBOL program does not always show a
  value for length and offset.
  
  Steps to recreate:
  In PDS CIL.COBOL.PMRS(TEST)
   the following code exist:
  
         WORKING-STORAGE SECTION.
         01 WS-START.
           03 WS-RESP              PIC S9(8) BINARY.
           03 WS-RESP2             PIC S9(8) BINARY.
  
         01 WS-TEST.
          COPY ANAGRAM.
  
  If you comment out the 01 WS-TEST prior to the COPY statement
  then the length and offset are correctly displayed in the Data
  Element view.

• Copybooks that are referenced within a program should be found
  and resolved when opening in Data Elements view.
  
  The problem listed in this APAR has been resolved with
