Problem summary

  * PROBLEM DESCRIPTION: CPSM workload may no longer be routed   *
  *                      to healthy CICS regions following a     *
  *                      -906 sqlcode from DB2..                 *
  ****************************************************************
  It is possible the CPSM workloads may no longer be routed to
  healthy CICS regions when using dynamic distribution program
  link or dynamic transaction routing.This occurs when a CICS
  region receives sqlcode -922 frbrc2 '00E70069' or sqlcode -906
  frbrc2 '00C30020' from DB2.
  The problem is that z/OS WLM is being informed, incorrectly,
  that the region is unhealthy.
  

Problem conclusion

• DFHD2EX1 has been changed to ensure z/OS WLM still directs
  work to this region should a -906 or -922 have been received.
