Error description

• The PL/I Editor will flag errors when using Show Expanded Source
  with the preprocessor statement of %XINCLUDE.
  
  Syntax that will cause member to not be found:
  
  %XINCLUDE member
  

Local fix

• Use %INCLUDE instead.

• Added support for XINCLUDE in show expanded source.
