Problem summary

• Once the COBOL Data Element is shown then the context menu for
  Show In -> is no longer populated.
  

Problem conclusion

• The problem listed in this APAR has been resolved with
  IBM Rational Developer for z Systems V9.5.1.4 Fix Pack which
