Error description
If a RIT project contains huge files such as Java core dumps, a stub publish to RTCP fails with a 500 error. The problem is caused by the project size preventing it from being accepted by RTCP. The 500 error is a generic HTTP server error and so makes investigation difficult.

Problem conclusion
