Problem conclusion

• 01.Modified CICS command parser to support pointer and handle
     references in PL/I.
  02.Modified the parser to smoothly handle missing semicolons in
     some scenarios.
  03.Modified the COBOL Application Model that is produced to
     correctly account for EXEC SQL INCLUDE statements in the
     data division.
