Error description

• When trying to open the Program Control Flow diagram from RPP
  cobol source code editor, nothing happens. The corresponding
  tab is displayed but does not contain graph. It contains only
  the instructions to run the command.

Problem summary

• When trying to open the Program Control Flow diagram from RPP
  COBOL source code editor, nothing happens.
  

Problem conclusion

• The code has been changed to recognize the RPP editor.
  
  The problem listed in this APAR has been resolved with
  IBM Rational Developer for z Systems V9.5.1.3 Fix Pack which
  is available from the Recommended Fixes support download page:
  http://www-1.ibm.com/support/docview.wss?rs=2294&uid=swg27006335
