Error description

• In Rational Developer for z Systems (RDz) v9.5.1, generating a
  zunit test case for a COBOL source that has a SORT statement
  containing OUTPUT procedure and no GIVING phase results in
  NullPointerException and no test case is generated. The error
  log file, will have the following exception information:

Local fix

Problem summary

• In Rational Developer for z Systems 9.5.1, generating COBOL
  zunit test case fails in NullPointerException if COBOL source
  has SORT statement containg OUTPUT procedure and no GIVING phase
  

Problem conclusion

• zUnit Analyzer missed checking whether if the SORT statement
  contain GIVING phrase. The fix will added in zUnit client.
  
  The problem listed in this APAR has been resolved with
  IBM Rational Developer for z Systems V9.5.1.2 Fix Pack which
  is available from the Recommended Fixes support download page:
