APAR status

  • Closed as program error.

Error description

  • Observed that one of client's TM1 Instance got
    hung in PROD Environment. The instance got hung at 01:00 AM EST
    (9/19/2016). TM1 Top log and Tm1 Server Log stopped logging as
    soon as
    the instance go hung. Users were not able to login to the
    instance. The
    last log which got captured is:
