Different messages are issued based in different scenarios.
One scenario was not properly checking to see if the
information needed for the message was null.

Problem conclusion

Fixed check on error conditions to make sure correct message is
issued.
The fix for this APAR is currently targeted for inclusion in
fix pack 7.0.0.43, 8.0.0.13, 8.5.5.11 and 9.0.0.2.  Please
