APAR status

• Closed as program error.

Error description

• When following these steps:
  
  1)Using a WSDL, add it to the schema library.
  2)Then create a test that has a publisher and configure the
  publisher to send a soap message defined in the WSDL.
  3)When selecting the wsdl/binding settings, choose either
  RPC/Encoded or RPC literal and then OK.
  4)OK the publisher and try to publish the message.
  
  You'll see an exception and the message will not be published.
  
  There is no current workaround for this issue.
