Error description

• gskver, ikeyman, gskcapicmd, and gskcmd scripts do not work in
  IBM HTTP Server 9.0.0.1.  They produce errors similar to the
  following:
  
  % bin/gskver: line 4: @@SERVERROOT@@/bin/gsk_envvars: No such
  file or directory
  

Local fix

• From the IHS install root:
  Unix:    bin/postinst -t update -i $PWD
  Windows: bin\postinst.exe -t update -i %cd%
  

Problem summary

  An expected fixpack post-install action was not automatically
  run in 9.0.0.1, leaving variables unsubstituted in many shell
  scripts.
  

Problem conclusion

• The interim fix for this APAR causes the existing files to be
  re-substituted. In subsequent fix packs, the substitution
  process will be automatic.
  
  The fix for this issue is targetted for IHS fixpacks:
   - 9.0.0.2
