APAR status

• Closed as program error.

Error description

• If you disable a message field by de-selecting the Enabled
  checkbox in the message editor, this field and no others after
  it are sent. It should just disable the targetted field.
  
  When the value enable action of one attribute/node is unchecked
  all the attributes after that unchecked attribute are not added
  to the xml message when send.
  
  Expectation is that only the unchecked attribute should be
  skipped and all other attributes should be built in the output
  message.
  

Local fix

• 1.Open the send Request in Test Factory
  
  2.Double Click on the node to open the Field Editor
  
  3.Check option 'Field is optional'
  
  4.Uncheck option 'Enable action' (for action type Value)
