Local fix

Problem summary

• In the case that the file of the name same as a generating data
  layout file exists in the target container,  when users generate
   zUnit testcases from programs and try opening the test entry
  editor, they receive an error,"'xxxxx.xsd' already exists."
  

Problem conclusion

• zUnit was resolved the problem in the renaming function.
  
  The problem listed in this APAR has been resolved with
  IBM Rational Developer for System z V9.1.1.4 Fix Pack which
  is available from the Recommended Fixes support download page:
