  • Closed as program error.

Error description

  • After a CCRC connection is allowed to expire, a race condition
can occur when the CCRC client attempts to reconnect to the CCRC
server. This will cause the client to use more sessions for a
single user on the server than it should. Eventually the CCRC
server will run out of sessions and new client connections will
    not be possible.

A generic login error will be seen by the client:
CRMAP7009: Command "Login" failed: Error: "Unable to connect to
    server at URL <url>.

The CCRC server logs will contain the following message:
CCRC WAN Server has reached maximum session capacity.
