PI66789: WSGRID JOBS NOT GETTING ENDED STATUS RETURNED WHEN USING SIBus

Error description

WSGrid process stops receiving status updates (include final
status like whether the job finishes in 'ended' or
'restartable' states) and/or job log output updates as well.
This happens due to invalid object references.  This only
happens when using SIBus, but not MQ.

Local fix

recycle the scheduler server to clear up the invalid object
references.

When running Compute Grid batch jobs with
WSGrid, the WSGrid process may stop
receiving status updates ('Ended', or
'Restartable') when the job finihes, and
when the job log output updates.

Problem conclusion

An update was made to the z/OS Job Scheduler MDB logic
moving global queue logic into local variables for each job.
The move to local varibles elminiated the intermittent
queue variable collisions.

APAR PI66789 is currently targeted for inclusion in Fix Packs
8.5.5.12 and 9.0.0.3 WebSphere Application Server.
