Error description

• When using the IBM Rational License Key Server (RLKS)
  Administration and Reporting Tool (ART) to send reports via
  email, attempts to send email to multiple recipients may fail
  silently. Analysis of the ART logs may show the following
  exception trace:

  The semi-colon is not a valid separator for user email addresses
  according to RFC's 821 and 822. Attempts to use the
  RFC-compliant character -- the comma -- will also fail as the
  ART itself will reject that separator string.
  

Local fix

• If your email system allows you to create a mailing list that
  has a directly-accessible internet-style email address, use that
  email address as the destination email.
