Error description

• When a SWIFT message is created in RIT 8.7.1.0 or earlier and
  that SWIFT message has a date-time field then the message action
  will by default not turn on the validation for that data-time
  field as the information is considered transient.  When the same
  message action is opened in RIT 8.7.1.1 or RIT 9.0.0.0 then the
  message field validation is checked.  Consequently the test
  fails validation on that field when run.
