Error description

• When editing PLI source using the PLI editor in Rational
  Developer for System z (RDZ) 9.5.1 the editor may incorrectly
  flag nested IF-ELSE statements as being in error.  Positioning
  the mouse cursor over the yellow triangle at the left edge of
  the source will show the message "No corresponding IF statement
  was found for this ELSE statement."

Problem summary

• RDz's PL/I parser may incorrectly flag nested IF-ELSE statements
  as being in error.
  

Problem conclusion

• Modified the PL/I parser to correctly handle nested IF-ELSE
  statements.
  
  The problem listed in this APAR has been resolved with
  IBM Rational Developer for System z V9.5.1.1 Fix Pack which
  is available from the Recommended Fixes support download page:
