Error description

  • In Rational Developer for z Systems 9.1 and 9.5.1, some action
screens accessed through CARMA Endevor search results are not
picking correct associations or displaying all available
    selections.

    1) CARMA Endevor Environment not displayed when the member is
    edited from the search results.
    Steps to recreate:
    a) Open RDz CARMA Endevor View
    b) Go to Search/Search Endevor.
    c) Enter a selection.
    d) The CARMA Endevor conneciton user id and password prompts and
    connects.
    e) The results of the search are returned.
    f) Select an item from the results, right click, and select
    Edit.
    g) The Endevor item window appears.
    h) Select the drop-down selection for Environment. It will be
    blank.
All the possible Environments should be listed.

    2) Unable to process multiple items with the Custom option from
    the search results.
    Steps to recreate:
     a) From the same results list in #1 above, select two or more
members, right click, and select Custom.
     b) On the Custom Endevor screen, the flag that allows
processing all items is grayed out and unavailable.
This option should be available and automatically set since if
    selecting multiple items.

    3) Multiple item Extract is not always available.
    Steps to recreate:
    a) From the same results list in #1 above, select two or more
members of different types, right click, and select Extract.
    b) The Remote Project is not selectable.

    4) Property group order and association with RDz and Endevor
    property groups is not consistent.
    Steps to recreate:
    a) If the option in the Team/Carma Endevor Preferences is set to
associate the Endevor property group, the property group will
    not be found.
If the RDz property group is set to be found first and then
Endevor, the Endevor property group will be found.
    b) In the Team/Carma Endevor Preferences, if the flag to never
see the property group selection screen is selected, the
last values selected are not remembered and the property group
    is not found.

    5) Custom action not populating CCID and description fields from
    element
    Steps to recreate:
    a) From the same results list in #1 above, select Custom.
    b) The CCID and description are not pulled in from the element
to the screen in the Delete option.
The selection should pick up the CCID and Description from the
    element and populate the screen.
