Error description

  • When using RDz with the HLL/WB plugin and the ClearTeam Explorer
    extension, the ClearCase options from the Team menu can
    intermittently become disabled. This will only occur if "Use
    batch process of files for team function" is enabled in the
    HLL/WB preferences.
    
    Steps to reproduce:
    1) In RDz, enable "Use batch process of files for team function"
    under Window -> Preferences -> HLL/WB -> Team -> Rational
    ClearCase Remote Client.
    2) Create .ipo project files and add them to source control.
    3) Right-click an .ipo file (Program Specifications) and check
    the menu items under Team.
    

Local fix

  • Use the menu bar for ClearCase functionality.

Problem conclusion
