Error description

• EXPECTED BEHAVIOUR:
  License Key Administrator should not truncate the last line of
  the INCREMENT section in rational_perm.dat or rational_temp.dat
  
  OBSERVED BEHAVIOUR:
  License Key Administrator truncates the last line of the
  INCREMENT section included in rational_perm.dat or
  rational_temp.dat
  The INCREMENT section comes from the .upd file generated by the
  License Key Center.
  
  WORKAROUND:
  - Close License Key Administrator
  - Edit in a text editor your .upd file and the correct
  rational_*.dat file
  - Copy the entire INCREMENT section from the .upd file and paste
  it into the rational_*.dat file
  - Save the modified rational_*.dat file
  - Do not start License Key Administrator, or the issue will
  occur again
  
  STEPS to REPRODUCE:
  This issue only occurs with some license keys. With a .upd file
  affected by this issue you can recreate the problem in 2 ways:
  1) Start License Key Administrator and import the .upd file -
  and inspect the modified rational_*.dat file:
     - the last line of the INCREMENT section has been truncated
  2) Close License Key Administrator and paste the complete
  INCREMENT section into the correct rational_*.dat file
     Start License Key Administrator and inspect the modified
  rational_*.dat file:
     - the last line of the INCREMENT section has been truncated
