PI56063: DATA DISPLAY INCONSISTENCIES IN GENERATED REPORTS WHEN CLIENT TIMEZONE IS DIFFERENT FROM ART HOST TIMEZONE

Error description

• When generating reports using the IBM Rational License Key
  Server (RLKS) Administration and Reporting Tool (ART) displayed
  data may appear inconsistent if the timezone of the client
  creating/running the report differs from the timezone of the ART
  host.
  
  Inconsistencies may include:
  - an extra day at the beginning and/or end of the report.
  - an empty column set with zeros at the beginning or middle of
  the report.
  - a duplicated day in the report. (usually with the zeros
  mentioned above)
  

Local fix

• Running the reports from a host in the same timezone as the
  server, or the ART server itself, will bypass this issue.
