PI54204: WHEN IMPORTING WSDL FILE INTO RIT, WE DO NOT SEE ALL PARTS OF THE WSDL FILE, THE OPERATIONS IN THE WSDL DO NOT LOAD IN RIT.

Error description

• In RIT the user imports a WSDL file,  in RIT you see all of the
  task listed in the logical view of RIT.  In Test factory you see
  all of the task for MasterData Task WSDL.  But for CounterParty
  service,  the user is expecting to see the
  task in the WSDL listed, but they are not importing to RIT.
  User is using RIT 8.6.0.2,  I have also tried RIT 8.7 to see if
  8.7 would import the task and seeing the same results.
  Webservice stub creation get inconsistent results,
  When importing WSDL file into RIT 8.6.0.3,  we do not see all
  parts of the WSDL file, the operations in the WSDL do not load
  in RIT.
  
  If you upload this same WSDL file in SOAPUI, you will see all of
  the operations in the WSDL.
