APAR status

• Closed as program error.

Error description

• Rational Team Concert (RTC) views are not correctly redrawn when
  Rational Developer for System z (RDz) v9.1.1.2 is installed in
  the same Eclipse shell or Installation Manager package group.
  
  Steps to reproduce
  
  - open the Team Artifacts view
  - single click on a Stream to select it in the view (for example
  STREAM2_DEV)
  - single click on another view (a workitem on the Workitems view
  for example)
  - single click on the same Stream again (for example
  STREAM2_DEV)
  - observe the Team Artifacts view being grayed out and only the
  selected stream is
  visible, the rest is not displayed anymore.
  

Local fix

• The problem only happens when the default RDz theme "Rational
  IDE" is used:
  "Window > Preferences > General > Appearance".
  With another theme, such as the "Classic" theme for example,
  then the problem
  doesn't happen.
  
  Workaround with RDz theme "Rational IDE" is to select another
  view like  Team
  Organization that comes on top of the Team Artifacts view and
  then switch back
  again to Team Artifacts view.
  The view is then correctly refreshed/displayed.

Problem conclusion

• Removed the offending line of the Rational IDE theme.
  
  The problem listed in this APAR has been resolved with
  IBM Rational Developer for System z V9.1.1.3 Fix Pack which
  is available from the Recommended Fixes support download page:
