  There is a small timing window where a Liberty server
  performing transaction recovery after a crash may rollback an
  XA
  resource belonging to another server configured to use the same
  resource manager. This could occur in all versions of WebSphere
  Application Server Liberty prior to V8.5.5.8.
  

Problem conclusion

• The Liberty Transaction Recovery code was re-worked to close
  this timing window.
  
  The fix for this APAR is currently targeted for inclusion in fix
  pack 8.5.5.8.  Please refer to the Recommended Updates page for
  delivery information:
