  • Rational Developer for System z - RDz - v9.1.1.2
    
    A PLI program that contains nested includes may display the
    toolbox in the lower right with a red X in it to indicate that
    a parser error exists, however, there is no indication of where
    the parser error exists.

Problem summary

  • PL/I editor does not show syntax errors in nested include files.
    

Problem conclusion

  • Modified the PL/I Editor error reporting mechanism to show
    syntax errors in nested include files.
    
    The problem listed in this APAR has been resolved with
    IBM Rational Developer for System z V9.1.1.3 Fix Pack which
    is available from the Recommended Fixes support download page:
