Error description

• In Rational Developer for System z (RDz) 9.5, when a JCL file is
  opened with the JCL editor, a warning message indicating an
  invalid member name is issued if the dataset member is set as
  "default" (lower or upper case).
  

Local fix

• Open the JCL file using the System z LPEX editor or rename the
  dataset member

  PROBLEM DESCRIPTION:  The term 'DEFAULT' can be used as a name
  of a Partitioned Data Set member.  The JCL Editor incorrectly
  marks that term as being invalid when it is used in the context
  of a dataset member name.

   Problem Resolution: The JCL Editor was modified to allow
  DEFAULT to be used in the context of a dataset member name,
