APAR status

• Closed as program error.

Error description

• In RDz v9.1.1, with RTC Integration Feature 4.0.6.1, the
  performance of load of files to z/OS from RTC is poor. This may
  take too much CPU, and may crash the server.
  

Local fix

Problem summary

• Most of the time was being spent in preparing to display
  the "Select zFiles in zComponent projects" page of the load
  wizard.
  

Problem conclusion

• Several coding optimizations were made which significantly
  improves the time it takes to bring up the page.
  
  The problem listed in this APAR has been resolved with
  IBM Rational Developer for System z V9.1.1.3 Fix Pack which
  is available from the Recommended Fixes support download page:
