Error description

• Using 'show expanded source' with a COBOL source file with
  .cobbat extension results in the following error message:
       >>> Error
  "Resource'/RemoteSystemsTempFiles/999999999/COBOLSOURCE.cobbat'
  does not exist'".
  
  The client .log file may contain an entry similar to the
  following:

Local fix

• This does not fail for cbl extensions.
  

Problem summary

• The Show Expanded Source function hard-codes output file names
  that do not necessarily match the input file names.
  

Problem conclusion

• Modified the Show Expanded Source function to match output file
  names with input file names.
  
  The problem listed in this APAR has been resolved with
  IBM Rational Developer for System z V9.1.1.3 Fix Pack which
