Error description

• Tests and stubs that use Excel test data sets consume large
  amounts of memory.
  The amount of memory can be orders of magnitude greater than the
  size of the Excel file.
  
  WORKAROUND:
  
  Convert from Excel to CSV file to reduce memory usage.
