  2- open Enterprise Service Tools (EST) perspective
  3- right-click on the project and select generate
  4- click Finish
  5- open generated copybook: comments are in English

  replaced

Problem conclusion

• The CICS Assistance service(dfjwsdl.jar) has been corrected so
  that translated properties files can be called from.
  
  The problem listed in this APAR has been resolved with
